Passionate about pastry, I decided to take my CAP in Pastry after having been an IT project manager and thus make it my job. My pastries are intended to be elegant and creative in order to end a meal lightly or accompany a snack with delicacy. They also allow you to enhance and make your events unique (wedding, birthday, baptism, etc.). Respect for seasonality as well as the quality of the products are essential elements in the creation of my pastries.
