Turning a passion into a job

After studying catering and starting a career in this field, I then worked as an IT project manager for around ten years while remaining in contact with the catering industry. Having always been passionate about pastry, I decided to take my CAP Pastry degree at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie Ducasse, in order to make this passion my profession. After a very enriching stint in two French pastries, one in the Paris region and the second in Nîmes, I decided to launch my own store with my creations in France, in the Versailles region. After moving to Dallas, I decided to get back into this profession that fascinates me.

My pastries are intended to be elegant and creative, made with seasonal products and French flavors to delight your end of meal and enchant your snacks. A range of individual and shared pastries is offered to you. It consists of revisited classics (orange meringue tart, Paris-Brest pecan nut, chocolate buckwheat tart...), creations (chocolate praline charlotte, caramel pecan nut tart...), tailor-made cakes for all life events (birth, baptism). , wedding, birthday, etc.) as well as a tailor-made offer for corporate events (personalized cookies, personalized sweet table, etc.)
